Refund policy

• ALL RETURNS WILL BE ASSESSED A 20% RESTOCKING FEE - SHIPPING FEES ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS
• Returns must be initiated within 3 days of package delivery.
• We ONLY offer returns on unopened, unused merchandise. All original tags and packaging must be included and item must be returned to us in the condition in which it was delivered.
  
• Due to the nature of teething items, returns are not permitted
• If you are having a quality issue with your order please contact us directly and we will make it right
• Please specify color choices and names exactly how you would like them appear, we will follow order notes exactly how they are written, we will not exchange orders if incorrect name or color was typed by customer
• We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen items due to postal service or for incorrect addresses placed on orders by customer
