Returns and Exchanges
- EFFECTIVE 5/25/22 - ALL RETURNS WILL BE ASSESSED A 20% RESTOCKING FEE - SHIPPING FEES ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS
- Returns must be initiated within 3 days of package delivery.
- We ONLY offer returns on unopened, unused merchandise. All original tags and packaging must be included and item must be returned to us in the condition in which it was delivered.

- Return must be received within 7 business days from initiation of return, please choose correct shipping speed
- Any necessary refunds will be issued within 5-7 business days after return is received - If items are returned and are not in original packaging and are NOT in new re-sellable condition, we reserve the right to refuse the return
- If you are having a quality issue with your order please contact us directly and we will make it right
- We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen items due to postal service or for incorrect addresses placed on orders by customer. If your package has been lost in the mail we recommend filing a claim with your local post office.
- Due to ever changing inventory we do NOT offer exchanges. If you wish to get a different size for your item, we recommend ordering the correct item and then initiating a return if you meet the above criteria and timeline.
- All orders will be shipped within 5-7 business days unless specified as a pre-order, pre-order items will be shipped at designated pre-order date found in product listing
- If purchasing multiple items with a pre-order all items will ship together at pre-order ship date, if you desire to get non pre-order items sooner please place a separate order
